プレイバシーポリシー

　有限会社 アリス（以下「当社」）は、お客様のプライバシーおよび個人情報を適切に保護することを重要な社会的責務と位置づけ、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」）ならびに関係法令・ガイドラインを遵守します。当社は、事業規模に応じた安全管理体制を構築し、継続的な改善に努めます。

1. 適用範囲

本ポリシーは、店舗での対面対応、電話・FAX・E-mailでの連絡、当社Webサイトからのお問い合わせ・ご注文等における個人情報等の取扱いに適用されます。

2. 取得する情報と取得方法

当社は、適正な手段により必要最小限の情報を取得します。

• 取得方法：Webフォーム、E-mail、電話、FAX、来店時のお問い合わせ・お申し込み、契約書面 等
• 主な取得項目（個人情報）：氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、注文・配送情報、請求・支払に関する情報、お問い合わせ内容 等
• Cookie等の不使用：当社Webサイトは、Cookie、ウェブビーコン、広告用トラッキング等を利用しておりません。
• アクセスログの利用：サーバー上で自動記録されるアクセスログ（IPアドレス、閲覧ページ、ブラウザ種別、アクセス日時等）を、個人を特定しない匿名の統計情報として、サイトの安定運用・品質向上・セキュリティ確保の目的で利用します。

3. Google Search Console の利用

当社は、Webサイトの品質改善および検索結果の把握のため、Google Search Console を利用します。これにより、検索クエリ、表示回数、クリック数、検索順位、インデックス状況等の集計データを取得・分析します。

• これらのデータは個人を特定するものではありません。
• 当社は、当該データをWebサイトの改善目的以外で利用せず、個人を識別できる形で第三者に提供しません。
• Googleによる情報の取扱いは、Google社の方針に従います。

4. 利用目的

取得した個人情報は、次の目的の達成に必要な範囲で利用します。

1. 商品・サービスの受注、制作、配送、アフターサポート
2. お問い合わせ対応、本人確認、重要なご連絡
3. 代金請求、入金管理、会計処理
4. サイト・店舗運営の安全確保、品質維持・改善（アクセスログ・Search Consoleの分析を含む）
5. 法令遵守、紛争対応・権利行使・権利保護
   ※ 目的外利用は行いません。利用目的を変更する場合は、関連性ある合理的な範囲で行い、必要に応じて公表または同意取得を行います。

5. 安全管理措置

個人データの漏えい、滅失、毀損等を防止するため、以下の安全管理措置を講じます。

• 組織的：管理責任者の設置、取扱規程の整備、アクセス権限管理、記録の保存
• 人的：従業者教育・機密保持、退職時の権限廃止
• 物理的：施錠保管、持出管理、書類・媒体の適切な廃棄
• 技術的：パスワード管理、マルウェア対策、通信の暗号化、必要最小限のログ保全

6. 第三者提供

当社は、以下の場合を除き個人データを第三者に提供しません。

• 本人の同意がある場合
• 法令に基づく場合
• 人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要で、本人同意の取得が困難な場合 等

7. 業務委託時の監督

配送・IT保守等の業務を委託する場合、機密保持、再委託の制限、安全管理措置等を契約で求め、必要に応じて管理状況を確認します。※ 委託は第三者提供に該当しません。

8. 共同利用

現在、共同利用は行っておりません。共同利用を開始する場合は、共同利用者の範囲、利用目的、管理責任者等を事前に公表します。

9. 匿名加工情報・仮名加工情報・個人関連情報

• 当社は、匿名加工情報および仮名加工情報を作成・利用しておりません。
• 個人関連情報（アクセスログ、Search Consoleの集計データ等）は、個人を特定しない匿名の統計情報としてのみ利用します。広告配信や行動追跡のための第三者提供は行いません。

10. 保管期間と廃棄

法令で定められた期間、契約遂行・会計・紛争対応に必要な期間等の基準に基づき適切な期間保管し、不要となった個人データは復元できない方法で安全に消去・廃棄します。

11. 海外第三者提供

現時点で、海外にある第三者への個人データ提供は行っておりません。将来必要となる場合は、個人情報保護法その他関係法令に基づく情報提供・同意取得等の手続きを行います。
※ Search Consoleのサーバーが海外に所在する場合がありますが、当社が利用するのは個人を特定しない集計データです。

12. 保有個人データの開示等の請求

当社が保有する保有個人データについて、開示、利用目的の通知、訂正・追加・削除、利用停止・消去、第三者提供の停止の請求に対応します。

• 手続：所定の申請（身分証の提示等による本人確認を含む）。代理人による請求は委任状等が必要です。
• 手数料：原則無料（書面交付・郵送等の実費をご負担いただく場合があります）。
• 不開示事由：法令上の事由に該当する場合は、理由を付して通知します。

13. 未成年者の個人情報

未成年者の個人情報は、保護者の同意が必要と判断される場合、同意取得の上で適正に取り扱います。

14. 継続的改善

法令・社会情勢・技術動向等を踏まえ、本ポリシーおよび運用を適宜見直し、継続的に改善します。重要な変更がある場合は、当社Webサイト等で公表します。

Privacy Policy

Alice Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) regards the appropriate protection of our customers’ privacy and personal information as an important social responsibility, and complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (“APPI”) and all related laws, regulations, and guidelines. We maintain security controls appropriate to our business scale and strive for continuous improvement.

1. Scope of Application

This Policy applies to the handling of personal information in face-to-face services at our store, communications by telephone, fax, and e-mail, and inquiries and orders made via the Company’s website.

2. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

The Company collects only the minimum information necessary by appropriate means.

• Methods of collection: web forms, e-mail, telephone, fax, in-person inquiries/applications at our store, written contracts, etc.
• Main items (personal information): name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, order/shipping information, billing/payment information, inquiry details, etc.
• No use of cookies, etc.: our website does not use cookies, web beacons, or ad-tracking technologies.
• Use of access logs: access logs automatically recorded on the server (e.g., IP address, pages viewed, browser type, access date/time) are used only as anonymized statistical information to ensure stable operation, improve quality, and maintain security. They are not used to identify individuals.

3. Use of Google Search Console

To improve website quality and understand search performance, the Company uses Google Search Console. Through this service, we obtain and analyze aggregate data such as search queries, impressions, clicks, average position, and index status.

• These data do not identify individuals.
• We use them only to improve our website and do not provide them to third parties in a form that identifies individuals.
• Google’s handling of information follows Google’s policies.

4. Purposes of Use

Personal information is used only to the extent necessary to achieve the following purposes:

1. Acceptance, creation, and delivery of products/services, and after-sales support
2. Responding to inquiries, identity verification, and important notifications
3. Billing, payment management, and accounting
4. Ensuring safety and maintaining/improving quality in website and store operations (including analysis of access logs and Search Console data)
5. Compliance with laws and regulations, dispute handling, exercise and protection of rights

We do not use information for purposes beyond those stated. If purposes are changed, we will do so within a reasonably relevant scope and disclose the changes and/or obtain consent as necessary.

5. Security Controls

To prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data, we implement the following controls:

• Organizational: appointment of a data protection manager, establishment of handling rules, access control, record keeping
• Human: employee training/confidentiality, revocation of access rights upon resignation
• Physical: locked storage, control of taking materials off-site, proper disposal of documents/media
• Technical: password management, anti-malware measures, encrypted communications, and retention of only the minimum necessary logs

6. Provision to Third Parties

We do not provide personal data to third parties except in the following cases:

• With the individual’s consent
• When required by laws and regulations
• When necessary to protect life, body, or property and obtaining consent is difficult

7. Supervision of Contractors

When outsourcing operations such as delivery or IT maintenance, we require contractors by agreement to maintain confidentiality, restrict re-outsourcing, and implement security controls, and we confirm their management status as necessary. Outsourcing is not deemed third-party provision.

8. Joint Use

We currently do not conduct joint use of personal data. If we commence joint use, we will announce in advance the scope of joint users, purposes of use, and the party responsible for management.

9. Anonymously Processed Information, Pseudonymously Processed Information, and Personally Referable Information

• We do not create or use Anonymously Processed Information or Pseudonymously Processed Information at present.
• Personally Referable Information (e.g., access logs and Search Console aggregate data) is used only as anonymized statistical information. We do not provide it to third parties for advertising distribution or behavioral tracking.

10. Retention Period and Disposal

We retain personal data for appropriate periods based on legal requirements and the periods necessary for contract performance, accounting, and dispute handling. When no longer needed, personal data are securely erased or disposed of in a non-recoverable manner.

11. Cross-Border Third-Party Provision

At present, we do not provide personal data to third parties located outside Japan. If such provision becomes necessary, we will take steps required by the APPI and other applicable laws, including providing information and obtaining consent as necessary.
Note: Servers used for Search Console may be located outside Japan; however, the Company uses only aggregate data that do not identify individuals.

12. Requests for Disclosure, etc. of Retained Personal Data

For retained personal data, the Company accepts requests for disclosure, notification of purposes of use, correction/addition/deletion, suspension of use/erasure, and suspension of third-party provision.

• Procedure: submit the prescribed application (including identity verification with an ID). For an agent, a power of attorney and other documents are required.
• Fees: in principle free; actual costs (e.g., postage for paper copies) may be charged.
• Grounds for non-disclosure: if grounds under laws/regulations apply, we will notify you with reasons.

13. Personal Information of Minors

Where deemed necessary, we handle minors’ personal information appropriately after obtaining consent from a guardian.

14. Continuous Improvement

We review and improve this Policy and our practices as appropriate in light of laws/regulations, social conditions, and technological trends. Material changes will be announced on our website, etc.
